START WITH THE BUYER PROBLEM

What are you trying to solve?

A solution should answer the operating constraint before it selects the furniture.

01

Space utilization

Turn fixed columns, frontage and circulation into productive fixture zones without blocking access.

02

Display density

Increase facings and range depth while keeping products recognizable, reachable and easy to refill.

03

Security & visibility

Protect high-value collectibles without hiding product detail or creating difficult staff access.

04

Replenishment

Position reserve stock, drawers and service routes around the real refill rhythm of the assortment.

05

Brand consistency

Connect architecture, fixtures, colors, lighting and graphics through one approved system.

06

Repeatable rollout

Separate the master fixture standard from controlled adaptations for each new store.

BUYER FAQ

Resolve the final sourcing questions

Can BENSON support the store design as well as the fixtures?+

Yes. Qualified projects can begin with store zoning, a 2D fixture layout and an initial 3D concept review. Detailed drawings, revision scope and ownership are defined in the proposal.

What information is needed for a first project review?+

Send the destination country, approximate store area, product categories, target opening date and a floor plan or reference images. Unknown items can be marked for follow-up.

How is a complete solution priced?+

Pricing follows the approved fixture types, dimensions, quantities, materials, lighting, hardware, graphics, packing, Incoterm and required services. A reference image alone is not enough for a controlled quotation.

What is the MOQ?+

MOQ is project-specific and is not currently published as a universal figure. The signed quotation should state the minimum quantity and any verified price tiers for the selected system.

Can we approve a prototype or sample?+

The sampling route depends on the product and project risk. Material samples, finish samples, lighting mockups, partial prototypes or a full trial unit can be defined before batch production.

When does production lead time begin?+

The quotation must identify the trigger, typically the stated payment milestone together with final drawing or sample approval. Inquiry date is not treated as the production start date.

Can BENSON arrange shipping and installation?+

Export packing, freight responsibility and installation support are scoped separately. The quotation identifies the Incoterm and named place or port, while the project plan assigns unloading, local works and installation responsibilities.
